Thank you for using the products and services provided by Welltastic Application. By downloading and installing this app, you agree to these terms, please read them carefully. In order to use the Services, you must accept these Terms, which are displayed to you when you first open the App and whenever we make any material changes to the Terms. Of course, if you do not accept them, you cannot use the Services.

Using our Services
When using our services, you must comply with any policies provided to you on the services. The app stores and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to provide my services. You are responsible for keeping your phone and app access secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, it may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and cause it not to function properly.

We need to collect your data through third parties and when you click on a third party advertisement it may redirect you to a third party website outside of the app. Such websites may collect your personal data in accordance with their own rules and policies. We are not responsible for your personal data on third-party websites.
App Copyright
You acknowledge that you have only a non-exclusive and limited right to use the object code version of the Product for non-commercial purposes during the term of the Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the product or attempt to access the product's source code, and we retain ownership of the product.
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms from time to time and we reserve the right to change the terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you via our app before the changes become effective. You can find more information in the terms of use.
